Dine Out Festival Includes Taste Vancouver Food Partners

dine out vancouver

Starting tomorrow, January 20, Dine Out Vancouver is set to surprise and delight adventurous diners with prix fixe menus to brighten up the dead of Winter.

Winter doldrums was exactly the impetus for Tourism Vancouver to start Dine Out Vancouver 15 years ago. They saw people trying to lose weight and save money after the holidays, and how restaurants struggled to stay afloat during the resulting slow time.

Dine Out Vancouver was created as a unique food festival in which restaurants create multi-course, discounted prix fixe menus to encourage diners to check out eateries they might not afford the rest of the year.

The list of participating restaurants has grown and this year they are up to 284!

New restaurants such as Mission Kits, Ritual, House Special and Cacao have entered the fray. And for the first time, Bishop’s and Vij’s on Cambie are included.
