What is your cancellation and refund policy?
With Trip Protection: Cancel or reschedule anytime up to 1 hour before departure and receive a full refund (less Trip Protection and processing fees).
Without Trip Protection: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we cannot offer refunds but will do our best to reschedule you.

Yes, children are welcome! We recommend the North Vancouver Waterfront Food Tour for families with young children due to the easier terrain and stroller access.
Note: Tours are 3 hours long, so young children may find them tiring. Children under 3 join free.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but we do recommend our North Vancouver Tour for those with strollers. Gastown’s narrow sidewalks, stairs, and cobblestones make it less stroller-friendly.

Pets are not allowed due to health regulations. Certified service animals are welcome.
